| 2. Send a refundable deposit of ¥50,000 or 10% of the vehicle cost. (whichever is greater) The deposit is deducted from the final cost |

3. Tell us the lot number, date, name of the auction and your bid price and we will attempt to purchase the unit on your behalf.
There is no charge for bidding on cars and you are only required to pay in the event of us successfully purchasing your unit. |

| 4. Upon a successful bid you will be sent an invoice for the car. Payment is required within 3-7 days of an auction purchase. |

| 5. Active customers are supplied with passwords for access to the auction site. You are requested to purchase a minimum of one car a month to keep your password active.Security deposit: ¥30,000.(refunded to clients who have purchased a minimum of six cars over six months) |
